MIT will be a Tier Program that each MIT will elevate through the process. MIT’s will walk away with transferable management and communication skills that will prepare MIT’s for their future careers. Major Areas Covered in the Program:
- Orientation and Supervisor Training
- Event/Site Operations
- Recruiting
- Hiring Practices
- Scheduling/Payroll
- Site Plots
- Project Management

40 hours a week required. (The work schedule and rate will be set by Site Director)

We offer a $2500 relocation check for those selected for the MIT program.
